[Introduction]:

DRS-9000 has a new terpolymer block modified silicone chemical structure, with multiple modified functional groups. It can endow the fabric super soft, fluffy, smooth and plump and elastic handling, excellent hydrophilic, low yellowing. Especially suitable for polyester, acrylic fiber yarn and fabric fluffy, soft finishing, It has good fluffy, smooth handling in coral cashmere, feather yarn, PV velvet polyester blanket.

[Dilution method]:

 →DRS-9000:water=1:8-10;

 →First put half of the water, and then start to stir. → Add DRS-9000 into the reactor and stirring for 10 minutes. → Add the rest water, stirring for 10 minutes. The emulsion microstructure mixed with bluish transparent state can be.

 →The final discharging with 100-200 mesh filter emulsion, finished packing seal for use or can be used.

 

[Direction for usage]:

A.Dip padding method: Silicone emulsion , 10-40g/L, 80-100°Cdrying, 120-230°C setting, 50 seconds.

B.Immersion method: Silicone emulsion, :2-5%(O.W.F), optimum temperature 30-50°C, 20-30min, dehydration, drying 100°C.

[Properties]:

1.Excellent soft effect, endow the fabric fluff, plump elastic, silky handling.

2.It has self-emulsifying properties, can ensure the dilution stability and excellent chemical stability, acid and alkali (PH = 3-10), resistance to shear, high temperature resistant, non-stick rollers, not floating oil.

3.It can high temperature dyeing in one bath, low yellowing and yellowing, with antistatic properties.

4.Good compatibility, can be used with the anion, cationic, nonionic textile auxiliaries in one bath.
