[Introduction]:

DNT-8060 has a new terpolymer block modified silicone chemical structure, with multiple modified functional groups. It can endow the cellulose fiber and its blended fabric garment soft, fluffy, plump and elastic and silky handle, excellent hydrophilic, low yellowing. It is common amino silicone oil upgrading of products.

[Dilution Method]:

DNT-8060must be diluted before use.

Generally add 5-6 part water and one part DNT-8060 into container, stir to mix even, and then use 100-200 mesh net filtrate can be used.

 

[Direction for usage]:

A. Dip padding method: Diluted product of DNT-8060 , 10-30g/L, room temperature. Double-dip-double-nip or one-dip-one-nip

B. Immersion method: Diluted product of DNT-8060 , :2-3%(O.W.F),bath ratio-1:10-15,optimum temperature 30-40°C,15-30min.

 

[Properties]:

1. It endows cotton fabric with excellent hydrophilic, soft special effect, improving the hydrophilic of chemical fiber and blended fabric.

2. Excellent soft effect, endow the fabric fluff, plump elastic, silky handling.

3. Low yellowing, especially suitable for plus white/light-colored fabric, dark fabric with super low decolourising

property and protective effect.

4. The generated emulsion has excellent shear stability, in a wide PH value (3-12) range, temperature to boiling and an electrolyte salt condition with excellent shear stability.

5. The treated fabric can be re-dyeing, increased the safety use performance.

6. Less dosage, the content of 10% is equivalent to about 15-20% of the amino silicone handle.

[Storage & Package]:

Can be stored in cool and shady warehouse. Half a year of storage period.
