[Description]:

[Specification]:

                            Appearance: Light yellow transparent viscous liquid

                            PH Value: 5-6 (5-10% serous fluid)

                           Solid: 90±2%

                           Composition: Special structure of fatty amide compounds

                           Ionic character: Cationic

 [Dilution Method]:

A.Cold method: Add 5-10% of Smoothness Softener GSS slowly into room temperature water, stir for 30-45 min, until uniform slurry can be set aside.

B.Hot method: Add 5-10% of Smoothness Softener GSS slowly into hot water(50—60°C), stir for 20-30 min, until uniform slurry can be set aside.

[Direction for Usage]:

Smoothness Softener GSS usage is the same as Softener Flake,silicone oil. Can be use for immersion and dip padding method:

A. Dip padding method: 20-30g/L, temperature 40-50°C. Double-dip-double-nip or one-dip-one-nip

B. Immersion method: 5-8% (O.W.F) , optimum temperature 50-60°C,15-30 min.

[Properties]:

Smoothness Softener GSS is the best product in the cationic softener. It solves the general cationic softener (for example: Softener Flake, Silicone oil etc,) in the difficult balance of softness and smoothness degree, and impart fabric and garment with many other excellent effect.

1.Regardless of the cotton, silk, wool and other natural fiber or polyester, nylon, acrylic and other chemical fiber and its blended fabric and fabric products finishing, can obtain very good softness and smoothness.

2.Smoothness Softener GSS different from on the market and the general amino silicone oil as the fabric surface to form a water repellent film, which will affect the fabric absorbent. In contrast, it has a strong hydrophilic properties, can increase the fiber and fabric absorbent and fluffy feel.

3.With extremely low foam, overcome the shortcomings of Softener Flake and Silicone oil softener is easy to produce foam in use process.

4.The yellowing is very low, the treated fiber or fabric is not easy to produce yellowing phenomenon, to overcome the disadvantage of cationic Softener Flake and high amine value of amino silicone softener to treat fabric is easy to yellowing.

Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
